What we collect through this website, why, and how we protect it.
What we collect
- Job applications: your name, phone, optional email, town, preferred language, the work you're interested in, availability, experience and anything you choose to write.
- Crew requests and messages: your name, company, contact details and the details of your request.
- Basic technical data: like any website, our hosting provider records IP addresses and browser information in server logs for security.
We don't ask for Social Security numbers, dates of birth, ID numbers or immigration information on this website. Please don't send them.
How we use it
- To contact you about jobs, your application or your crew request.
- To match workers with crews and plan staffing.
- To keep records the law requires employers to keep.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.
Who else sees it
Only Ceres staff who need it for hiring or scheduling, and the service providers that run this website and our email. We may share information when the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. It remembers your language and light/dark choice in your own browser. To show the live temperature in Shafter, your browser contacts the National Weather Service; our fonts load from Google Fonts. Those services receive your IP address when that happens.
How long we keep it
We keep applications and messages as long as we need them to consider you for work or answer your request, and for any period the law requires. After that we delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us, or ask us to stop texting you, by calling (661) 910-3157 or emailing cerescropmanagement@gmail.com.
Changes
If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
