Services

Crews for the whole crop year.

Six kinds of work, one licensed contractor. Every crew comes with a bilingual supervisor, safety training in the workers' language, and daily records you can count on.

Included with every crew

The parts growers shouldn't have to chase.

Hiring people is only half of farm labor. The other half is the supervision, safety and paperwork that keep a crew legal and productive. That part is included.

  • Bilingual crew supervisor on site, reporting to your field manager.
  • Safety setup — water, shade, toilets and handwashing, first aid, and a written heat plan.
  • Training in heat illness prevention, pesticide safety (WPS) and harassment prevention, in the workers' language.
  • Payroll and records — itemized pay stubs, hours and piece counts, and training logs kept on file.
  • Licensing — California FLC license, federal MSPA registration and workers' compensation coverage.
