Harvest crews

Good harvest labor is about timing. When your fruit or vegetables are ready, you need a crew that shows up on the right morning, knows the pack, and keeps quality high to the last row.

What our crews do

  • Hand picking and cutting to your spec
  • Field packing into cartons, clamshells and bins
  • Quality sorting and culling in the row
  • Bin runners, loaders and tractor drivers
  • Crew leads (mayordomos) who report to your field manager

Crops we work

  • Table grapes
  • Citrus — navels, mandarins, lemons
  • Carrots, onions and potatoes
  • Peppers, tomatoes and melons
  • Berries and specialty crops

How we run it

Every harvest crew arrives with a supervisor who speaks Spanish and English, water and shade for the whole crew, and toilets and handwashing stations placed by the rules. We track hours and piece counts every day, so pay is accurate and your records are clean.
