Greenhouse labor
Greenhouse tomatoes never stop growing, so the work never stops either. We supply steady, trained crews who handle the full cycle on high-wire systems and follow your food-safety and hygiene rules.

What our crews do
- Planting and hooking new crops
- Clipping, twisting and suckering
- Lowering and leaning vines
- De-leafing and truss pruning
- Harvesting on pipe-rail carts
- Crop removal and sanitation between cycles
Crops we work
- Tomatoes — beefsteak, on-the-vine, cherry
- Cucumbers
- Peppers
- Seedlings and transplants
How we run it
Greenhouses can get hot fast. We follow Cal/OSHA's indoor heat rule inside enclosed houses — cool water, cool-down areas and extra breaks when the heat index climbs — and we train workers on your hygiene, glove and hairnet rules before their first shift.
